服務使用
你只能在符合適用法律與平台規則的情況下使用 App。你不得濫用服務、嘗試未授權存取，或干擾正常運作。
智慧財產權
除另有說明外，所有 App 內容、品牌、程式碼與相關素材均屬開發者所有。
向量財管 VectraFin
向量財管 VectraFin 是個人財務紀錄、整理與視覺化工具。App 顯示的統計、趨勢、預測、週期帳展開、圖表與明細取決於使用者輸入的資料、Hashtags、日期、查詢條件與裝置設定，僅供個人管理與參考使用。
VectraFin 不提供投資、稅務、法律、會計、保險或其他專業財務建議。使用者應自行確認輸入資料的正確性，並在做出投資、借貸、稅務申報或其他重要財務決策前，諮詢合格專業人士。
使用者需自行管理裝置、備份、iCloud 設定與資料刪除操作。刪除帳戶、刪除 App、關閉同步或移除備份可能導致過去、現在或未來資料無法復原。
懂我筆記本 KnowMeNote
懂我筆記本 KnowMeNote 是文字筆記、草稿整理、文字複製、本機學習與自動替換工具。App 的學習結果、替換建議、自動替換、統計面板與偏好判斷取決於使用者輸入、修正、復原、貼上文字、聽寫內容、逐字稿內容、裝置設定與 iCloud 設定，僅供提升個人文字輸入便利性與整理效率使用。
KnowMeNote 不保證每次替換、建議或學習結果都正確。使用者在複製文字並貼到訊息、社群、郵件或其他 App 前，應自行檢查內容是否正確、適合傳送或公開。
使用者需自行管理裝置、iCloud 同步、筆記內容、重置學習資料與資料刪除操作。關閉同步、刪除 App、移除 iCloud 資料或重置學習資料可能導致部分資料或已學會的偏好無法復原。
生肖翻牌配對 Zodiac Pair Match
生肖翻牌配對 Zodiac Pair Match 是一款本機記憶配對遊戲。App 顯示的完成步數、完成時間、排行榜名次與前三名標誌取決於使用者輸入的暱稱、選擇的難度、實際遊戲表現與本機儲存資料，僅供個人娛樂與記憶力訓練參考。
排行榜是單一裝置上的本機排行榜，不代表跨裝置、線上或官方競賽排名。使用者可以在 App 設定中清除排行榜；刪除 App 或清除資料可能導致本機排行榜與偏好設定無法復原。
私塾蒙館 Sishu Mengguan
私塾蒙館 Sishu Mengguan 是以傳統蒙學教育為主題的閱讀與文化理解工具。App 中的故事、情境說明、今解、註解、注音、朗讀與版本整理，係為一般閱讀、文化入門與學習輔助而提供，不構成正式學術校勘、考試教材、學校課程或歷史研究結論。
App 內容採取「考據加想像」方式呈現，會盡力尊重歷史常理並持續校正文本、讀音與說明，但仍可能因版本、讀法、學術見解或敘事需要而與其他資料不同。使用者若需引用、研究、教學或考試用途，應自行查核原典、權威版本與專業資料。
使用者需自行管理裝置、閱讀進度、已讀狀態與偏好設定。刪除 App、重置裝置或清除資料可能導致本機閱讀進度與設定無法復原。
茶經
茶經是茶文化閱讀、台灣茶產區探索、製茶互動與茶生活故事工具。App 中的《茶經》原文、白話解釋、文化翻譯、罕見字提示、朗讀、地圖資料、政府開放資料摘要、研究設施與茶故事，係為一般閱讀、文化入門與教育參考而提供。
茶經不構成正式學術校勘、茶葉鑑定、農業經營、食品安全、醫療保健、投資或商業決策建議。茶產區、研究設施與公開資料可能隨來源更新而變動；使用者若需研究、教學引用、農業生產、採購或專業用途，應自行查核官方、學術或專業來源。
使用者需自行管理閱讀進度、偏好設定與分享內容。刪除 App、重置裝置或清除資料可能導致本機閱讀進度與設定無法復原。
Taiwan Animals 台灣動物
Taiwan Animals 台灣動物是為兒童、家庭與自然教育設計的台灣動物教材 App。App 中的動物介紹、照片、插圖、3D 模型、棲地、食物、天敵、保育狀況與相關說明，係為一般學習、親子共讀與自然教育入門而提供，不取代專業圖鑑、正式課程、野外調查、保育決策或學術研究。
App 會盡力以兒童能理解的方式呈現方向正確的自然知識，但動物分類、族群狀況、保育資訊與公開資料可能隨時間更新。使用者若需要研究、教學引用、野外辨識或保育用途，應自行查核官方、學術或專業來源。
使用者在自然觀察、旅行或戶外活動時，仍應遵守場域規範、保育法規與安全指引，避免干擾、餵食、捕捉或接觸野生動物。
Swim Power
Swim Power 是游泳成績、速度、阻力需求、相對功率需求、身體資料、力量測試、目標追蹤與訓練焦點分析工具。App 產生的 Swim Power Index、趨勢、預測、技術提示、訓練建議、週回顧與教練摘要取決於使用者輸入或匯入的資料、模型假設、裝置資料、HealthKit 可用資料與演算法限制，僅供訓練觀察與自我紀錄參考。
Swim Power 不提供醫療、運動傷害診斷、正式教練、營養、體能測驗或競賽策略等專業建議。使用者在調整訓練量、強度、身體管理、比賽策略或復健安排前，應依自身狀況諮詢合格教練、醫師或相關專業人士。
使用者需自行確認輸入、匯入、分享與匯出的成績、身體資料、力量測試與訓練內容正確且適合使用；刪除 App、清除資料、覆寫 CSV 或移除備份可能導致內容無法復原。
Home Edu Assistance
Home Edu Assistance 是家庭教育管理、每日任務、成長紀錄、家庭筆記、獎懲契約、孩子模式與教育建議輔助工具。App 顯示的任務安排、活動平衡、成長紀錄、提醒、AI Lab 建議、相關 App 推薦與家庭策略內容取決於使用者輸入、授權資料、裝置資料、演算法與系統功能限制，僅供家庭管理與教育觀察參考。
Home Edu Assistance 不提供醫療、心理診斷、特殊教育評估、正式親職諮商、學校評量、法律建議或任何替代專業人員判斷的服務。使用者若涉及孩子身心健康、學習障礙、行為風險、親子衝突或重大教育決策，應諮詢合格教師、醫師、心理師、社工或相關專業人士。
使用者需自行確認孩子資料、任務、備註、契約、AI Lab 對話、分享邀請、孩子模式設定與通知安排正確且適合家庭情境。刪除 App、清除資料、移除 iCloud 分享、變更孩子模式或重置裝置可能導致資料或設定無法復原。
MagicStage
MagicStage 是單人演出影片拍攝、匯入、人物與前景分析、舞台背景合成、裁切及輸出工具。人物、樂器與前景分離結果會受到光線、鏡頭穩定度、動作速度、遮擋、背景對比、物件透明度、裝置能力、系統版本、輸出品質與演算法限制影響。
MagicStage 不保證每個畫面都能完整保留頭髮、琴弓、弦、反光樂器、譜架或其他細小前景，也可能誤保留附近的房間物件。使用者應在輸出前檢查開頭、中段、結尾與完整預覽；需要專業去背、逐格遮罩、商業後製或高精度合成時，應使用合適的專業工具。
使用者應確認其拍攝、匯入、合成、保存與分享的影片、聲音、人物肖像、兒童影像、背景圖片、音樂、商標與其他內容已取得必要同意、權利與授權，並遵守隱私、著作權、兒童安全、場地規範與適用法律。刪除 App、清除暫存資料、移除輸出檔案或重置裝置可能使內容無法復原。
守宮易經庭院 Oracle Gecko Courtyard
守宮易經庭院是易經文化、空間體驗、自我整理與行動反思工具。App 依本機隨機起卦結果、大衍筮法模型、六十四卦資料與變爻取辭規則呈現本卦、之卦、經文、朗讀及結構化反思文字，但不保證預測未來、事件結果或任何特定人生走向。
卦象、經文與守宮師父宣告僅供文化體驗與反思參考，不構成醫療、心理、法律、財務、投資、安全、宗教、命理或其他專業建議，也不應取代使用者自身判斷或合格專業人士。涉及健康、法律權利、金錢、危險、重大關係或其他重要決策時，使用者應尋求適當的專業協助。
使用者需自行管理輸入的姓名、問題、本機問卦紀錄、複製文字與分享目的地。將結構化文字貼到第三方 App、AI 或服務後，需遵守該服務的條款與隱私實務；開發者不對第三方產生的解讀、建議或決策結果負責。刪除 App、紀錄或裝置資料可能使內容無法復原。
一個普通人的冒險 An Ordinary Adventure
一個普通人的冒險是第三人稱奇幻動作冒險遊戲，包含頻繁的奇幻暴力、武器戰鬥與少量恐怖或緊張主題。使用者應參考 App Store 年齡分級，並由本人、家長或監護人依實際情況判斷是否適合遊玩。
iPhone 與 iPad 提供觸控操作，Mac 提供鍵盤操作，並可使用相容遊戲控制器；Apple TV 與 Apple Vision Pro 需要相容的 Extended Gamepad。Apple Vision Pro 的 Full Immersive Space 包含高動態內容，使用者應清空安全活動範圍，並在不適、暈眩或失去平衡時立即停止。
玩家紀錄、進度與裝備配置保存在裝置本機。刪除玩家、刪除 App、重置裝置或移除備份可能使資料無法復原。語音播放與選用語音資產可能受到裝置、作業系統、語言資源與網路可用性影響；開發者不保證所有資源隨時可用。
Vine Window：空間世界誌
Vine Window 是 Apple Vision Pro 上的地點探索、Look Around 檢視、個人相片地圖、時間軸與空間媒體呈現工具。Apple Maps 地點資料、搜尋結果、Look Around 影像與服務可用性由 Apple 提供，可能因地區、時間、網路、系統版本與 Apple 服務狀態而變動。
迷霧格網、可探索面積、未找到場景面積與相片足跡只描述這個 App 實際採樣的位置與使用者授權的相片中繼資料，不是 Apple 官方全球 Look Around 涵蓋圖，也不表示格網內每一點都具有相同結果。App 產生的場景圖是平面快照，不是拼接 360 度影像；使用者不應將這些結果用於導航、安全、測量、測繪或其他需要專業判斷的用途。
使用者應確認其相片與其他內容具有必要權利與同意，並自行管理 Photos 權限、本機資料、備份與刪除操作。全景與 Spatial 3D 顯示會受到影像尺寸、比例、深度生成、裝置與系統能力限制。進入完整沉浸式藤蔓世界前，使用者應保持安全、舒適的活動範圍，並在不適時停止使用。
佛堂 Buddha Hall
佛堂 Buddha Hall 是以 Apple Vision Pro 為核心設計的沉浸式修行空間與個人修行輔助工具。App 中的佛堂場景、經文、迴向流程、祈願日記、音樂播放、統計與 SharePlay 共修功能，僅供個人修行、靜心、閱讀與文化體驗參考使用。
佛堂不取代真實寺院、法師指導、宗教儀式、醫療建議、心理諮商或其他專業服務。使用者應依自身信仰、身心狀況、場域規範與適用法律，自行判斷如何使用 App 內容與功能。
使用者自行新增的經文、祈願、迴向內容、本機音訊或其他資料，應避免侵犯他人權利、隱私、著作權或適用法律。Apple Music 與 SharePlay 由 Apple 提供，使用者需同時遵守 Apple 的相關條款；使用 SharePlay 時，參與者可能看見或聽見共修工作階段中的同步內容。
使用者需自行管理裝置、本機資料、備份與刪除操作。刪除 App、重置裝置或清除資料可能導致本機祈願日記、迴向紀錄、自訂經文、統計與偏好設定無法復原。
ObjectifyAR
ObjectifyAR 是 3D 掃描、建模、收藏整理、策展與沉浸式展示工具。App 建立的模型、重建結果、AR 顯示效果、策展文字、分類與展示內容會受到拍攝品質、物件材質、光線、裝置能力、系統版本、iCloud 設定與使用者輸入內容影響。
ObjectifyAR 產生的 3D 模型與策展文字僅供個人創作、整理、展示與參考使用。使用者應自行確認模型、圖片、文字、商標、藝術品、文物或其他內容是否擁有必要權利或授權，並避免掃描、分享或展示侵犯他人權利、隱私、場地規範或適用法律的內容。
使用者需自行管理拍攝資料、USDZ 檔案、收藏庫、iCloud 同步、匯出檔案與刪除操作。刪除 App、關閉同步、移除 iCloud 資料或刪除收藏項目可能導致資料無法復原。
DioramaMapMaker
DioramaMapMaker 是地形 diorama 產生、預覽、檢查與匯出工具。App 產生的 terrain data、heightmaps、biome maps、diagnostic overlays、material textures、OpenUSD 檔案、USDZ 資產與 .diorama packages 會受到使用者輸入、演算法、材質設定、匯出設定、裝置能力與目標工具支援程度影響。
DioramaMapMaker 產生的資產僅供創作、原型設計、教育模型、概念視覺化、空間體驗規劃與 3D 工作流程參考使用，不構成測量、測繪、工程、建築、地質、災害評估、導航或其他專業用途建議。使用者在將輸出資產用於 Xcode、Reality Composer Pro、Blender、遊戲引擎或其他工具前，應自行檢查比例、材質、檔案格式、效能與授權需求。
使用者需確認自行匯入或替換的貼圖、資料、材質與第三方資產擁有必要權利。使用者也需自行管理 diorama packages、匯出檔案、備份與刪除操作；刪除 App、清除資料或覆寫 package 可能導致資產無法復原。
DioramaTownBuilder
DioramaTownBuilder 是程序化街景生成、預覽、檢查與匯出工具。App 產生的道路、建築、門窗、屋頂、人行道、街道物件、package、OpenUSD 檔案與 USDZ 資產會受到 seed、使用者輸入、演算法、材質設定、細節層級、效能限制、匯出設定、裝置能力與目標工具支援程度影響。
DioramaTownBuilder 產生的場景與資產僅供創作、原型設計、概念視覺化、教學展示、遊戲或互動體驗草稿、空間介面測試與 3D 工作流程參考使用，不構成都市規劃、建築、測繪、工程、安全評估、導航或其他專業用途建議。使用者在將輸出資產用於 Xcode、Reality Composer Pro、Blender、遊戲引擎或其他工具前，應自行檢查比例、碰撞、效能、材質、檔案格式與授權需求。
使用者需確認自行匯入、分享或整合的 package、材質、貼圖、資料與第三方資產擁有必要權利。使用者也需自行管理生成 seed、package、匯出檔案、備份與刪除操作；刪除 App、清除資料或覆寫 package 可能導致資產無法復原。
MansionGenerator
MansionGenerator 是參數化豪宅概念生成、預覽、房間與室內動線檢查、方案保存比較及資產匯出工具。生成結果會受到 seed、基地與空間需求、建築風格、平面形狀、演算法、品質限制、匯出設定、裝置能力與目標工具支援程度影響。
MansionGenerator 產生的建築量體、房間配置、平面圖、路徑、品質診斷、package、SVG、OpenUSD 與 USDZ 資產僅供創作、原型設計、概念視覺化、教學展示、空間介面測試與 3D 工作流程參考使用，不構成建築設計、結構、消防、無障礙、測量、工程、法規審查、施工圖說或其他專業服務。使用者在任何專業或實際建造用途前，應由合格專業人員檢查尺寸、比例、動線、安全、法規、結構與技術需求。
使用者需自行管理 seed、保存方案、package、匯出檔案、備份與刪除操作，並確認自行匯入、分享或整合的資料與第三方資產擁有必要權利；刪除 App、清除資料或覆寫檔案可能導致內容無法復原。
MuSheetCreator
MuSheetCreator 是錄音、MIDI 輸入、聲音辨識、樂譜草稿、播放、編輯與匯出工具。App 產生的音高、節奏、和弦、休止符與樂譜記號辨識結果會受到演奏品質、麥克風收音、環境噪音、MIDI 裝置、設定、演算法與裝置能力影響，僅供創作草稿與後續編輯參考。
MuSheetCreator 不保證自動產生的樂譜草稿完全正確。使用者在演出、投稿、教學、出版、授權或公開分享前，應自行檢查並修正音高、節奏、和弦、歌詞、記號與版面。
使用者需自行確認錄音、旋律、歌詞、改編、匯出檔案與其他音樂內容擁有必要權利，並自行管理本機錄音、樂譜草稿、匯出檔案、備份與刪除操作；刪除 App、清除資料或覆寫檔案可能導致內容無法復原。
我的台灣觀光地圖
我的台灣觀光地圖提供景點地圖、相簿 GPS 足跡比對、成就統計、行前計劃、旅遊日誌與分享功能。使用者需自行確認照片、日誌與分享內容是否適合公開或傳送給第三方。
App 中的景點資料、分類、位置、營業狀態、交通資訊、Apple Weather 天氣資料或相關旅遊建議可能來自政府開放資料、公開資料或系統服務。這些資訊可能延遲、變更或不完整，不應取代現場公告、官方資訊、天候判斷或個人安全評估。
使用者應遵守景點規範、交通法規、登山與戶外安全準則，並自行承擔旅遊活動中的安全與決策責任。
免責聲明
在法律允許範圍內，App 與網站依現況提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。
責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，開發者不對因使用 App 或網站而產生的間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害負責。
變更

Use of the Service
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, code, and related materials remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
VectraFin
VectraFin is a personal finance recording, organization, and visualization tool. Statistics, trends, forecasts, recurring-entry projections, charts, and details shown in the app depend on user-entered data, hashtags, dates, query conditions, and device settings. They are provided for personal management and reference only.
VectraFin does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional financial advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their own data and should consult qualified professionals before making investment, borrowing, tax filing, or other important financial decisions.
Users are responsible for managing their devices, backups, iCloud settings, and data deletion actions. Deleting an account, deleting the app, turning off sync, or removing backups may make past, present, or future data unrecoverable.
KnowMeNote
KnowMeNote is a text note, drafting, copy, on-device learning, and automatic replacement tool. Learning results, replacement suggestions, automatic replacements, statistics, and preference decisions depend on user input, corrections, undo actions, pasted text, dictated content, transcript-style content, device settings, and iCloud settings. They are provided only to improve personal text entry and drafting convenience.
KnowMeNote does not guarantee that every replacement, suggestion, or learned preference will be correct. Users are responsible for reviewing text before copying it into messages, social posts, email, or other apps, and before sending or publishing it.
Users are responsible for managing their devices, iCloud sync, note content, learning-data reset actions, and data deletion actions. Turning off sync, deleting the app, removing iCloud data, or resetting learning data may make some data or learned preferences unrecoverable.
Zodiac Pair Match
Zodiac Pair Match is a local memory matching game. Completion moves, completion time, leaderboard ranking, and top-three markers shown in the app depend on the user's nickname, selected difficulty, gameplay results, and locally stored data. They are provided for personal entertainment and memory-training reference only.
The leaderboard is a local leaderboard on a single device and does not represent cross-device, online, or official competition rankings. Users can clear the leaderboard in app settings. Deleting the app or clearing data may make local leaderboard entries and preference settings unrecoverable.
Sishu Mengguan
Sishu Mengguan is a reading and cultural understanding tool themed around traditional early education. Stories, contextual explanations, modern explanations, annotations, Zhuyin, read-aloud support, and text version organization are provided for general reading, cultural introduction, and learning support. They are not formal academic collation, exam material, school curriculum, or historical research conclusions.
The app presents content with both historical grounding and narrative imagination. It aims to respect historical common sense and may continue correcting texts, readings, and explanations, but content may differ from other sources because of version differences, reading traditions, scholarly interpretation, or narrative presentation. Users who need to cite, research, teach, or prepare for exams should verify primary texts, authoritative editions, and professional sources independently.
Users are responsible for managing their devices, reading progress, read state, and preference settings. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing data may make local reading progress and settings unrecoverable.
茶經
茶經 is a tea culture reading, Taiwan tea region exploration, tea-making interaction, and tea life story tool. The Classic of Tea text, plain-language explanations, cultural translations, rare-character notes, read-aloud support, map data, public-data summaries, research facilities, and tea stories are provided for general reading, cultural introduction, and educational reference.
茶經 is not formal academic collation, tea appraisal, agricultural operation advice, food safety guidance, medical or wellness advice, investment advice, or business decision guidance. Tea regions, research facilities, and public data may change as sources are updated. Users who need research, teaching citations, agricultural production, purchasing, or professional use should verify official, academic, or professional sources independently.
Users are responsible for managing reading progress, preference settings, and shared content. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing data may make local reading progress and settings unrecoverable.
Taiwan Animals
Taiwan Animals is a nature learning app for children, families, and educators. Animal descriptions, photos, illustrations, 3D models, habitat information, food, predators, conservation status, and related explanations are provided for general learning, family reading, and introductory nature education. They do not replace professional field guides, formal curriculum, field surveys, conservation decisions, or academic research.
The app aims to present directionally accurate natural knowledge in language children can understand, but animal classification, population status, conservation information, and public data may change over time. Users who need research, teaching citations, field identification, or conservation use should verify official, academic, or professional sources independently.
During nature observation, travel, or outdoor activity, users remain responsible for following site rules, conservation laws, and safety guidance, and should avoid disturbing, feeding, capturing, or touching wildlife.
Swim Power
Swim Power is a tool for analyzing swim times, velocity, drag demand, relative power demand, body data, strength tests, goal tracking, and training focus. Swim Power Index values, trends, projections, technique cues, training suggestions, weekly recaps, and coach summaries depend on user-entered or imported data, model assumptions, device data, available HealthKit data, and algorithm limitations. They are provided only for training observation and personal record keeping.
Swim Power does not provide medical advice, sports injury diagnosis, formal coaching, nutrition advice, fitness testing, or competition strategy. Users should consult qualified coaches, physicians, or relevant professionals before changing training volume, intensity, body management, race strategy, or rehabilitation plans.
Users are responsible for confirming that entered, imported, shared, and exported swim records, body data, strength tests, and training content are accurate and appropriate for their own use. Deleting the app, clearing data, overwriting CSV files, or removing backups may make content unrecoverable.
Home Edu Assistance
Home Edu Assistance is a family education management, daily task, growth record, family note, reward contract, child-mode, and education suggestion support tool. Task planning, activity balance, growth records, reminders, AI Lab suggestions, related app recommendations, and family strategy content depend on user input, authorized data, device data, algorithms, and system feature limitations. They are provided only for family management and education observation.
Home Edu Assistance does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, special education assessment, formal parenting counseling, school evaluation, legal advice, or any service that replaces professional judgment. For child health, learning differences, behavioral risk, family conflict, or major education decisions, users should consult qualified teachers, physicians, psychologists, social workers, or relevant professionals.
Users are responsible for confirming that child data, tasks, notes, contracts, AI Lab conversations, sharing invitations, child-mode settings, and notification schedules are accurate and appropriate for their family context. Deleting the app, clearing data, removing iCloud sharing, changing child mode, or resetting a device may make data or settings unrecoverable.
MagicStage
MagicStage is a tool for recording and importing single-person performance videos, analyzing performers and foreground objects, compositing stage backgrounds, trimming, and exporting. Separation of people, instruments, and foreground objects depends on lighting, camera stability, motion speed, occlusion, background contrast, object transparency, device capability, system version, output quality, and algorithm limitations.
MagicStage does not guarantee that every frame will fully preserve hair, bows, strings, reflective instruments, music stands, or other thin foreground details, and nearby room objects may be retained. Users should review the start, middle, end, and complete output before sharing. Professional background removal, frame-by-frame masks, commercial post-production, or precision compositing require appropriate professional tools.
