服務使用
你只能在符合適用法律與平台規則的情況下使用 App。你不得濫用服務、嘗試未授權存取，或干擾正常運作。
智慧財產權
除另有說明外，所有 App 內容、品牌、程式碼與相關素材均屬開發者所有。
向量財管 VectraFin
向量財管 VectraFin 是個人財務紀錄、整理與視覺化工具。App 顯示的統計、趨勢、預測、週期帳展開、圖表與明細取決於使用者輸入的資料、Hashtags、日期、查詢條件與裝置設定，僅供個人管理與參考使用。
VectraFin 不提供投資、稅務、法律、會計、保險或其他專業財務建議。使用者應自行確認輸入資料的正確性，並在做出投資、借貸、稅務申報或其他重要財務決策前，諮詢合格專業人士。
使用者需自行管理裝置、備份、iCloud 設定與資料刪除操作。刪除帳戶、刪除 App、關閉同步或移除備份可能導致過去、現在或未來資料無法復原。
懂我筆記本 KnowMeNote
懂我筆記本 KnowMeNote 是文字筆記、草稿整理、文字複製、本機學習與自動替換工具。App 的學習結果、替換建議、自動替換、統計面板與偏好判斷取決於使用者輸入、修正、復原、貼上文字、聽寫內容、逐字稿內容、裝置設定與 iCloud 設定，僅供提升個人文字輸入便利性與整理效率使用。
KnowMeNote 不保證每次替換、建議或學習結果都正確。使用者在複製文字並貼到訊息、社群、郵件或其他 App 前，應自行檢查內容是否正確、適合傳送或公開。
使用者需自行管理裝置、iCloud 同步、筆記內容、重置學習資料與資料刪除操作。關閉同步、刪除 App、移除 iCloud 資料或重置學習資料可能導致部分資料或已學會的偏好無法復原。
ObjectifyAR
ObjectifyAR 是 3D 掃描、建模、收藏整理、策展與沉浸式展示工具。App 建立的模型、重建結果、AR 顯示效果、策展文字、分類與展示內容會受到拍攝品質、物件材質、光線、裝置能力、系統版本、iCloud 設定與使用者輸入內容影響。
ObjectifyAR 產生的 3D 模型與策展文字僅供個人創作、整理、展示與參考使用。使用者應自行確認模型、圖片、文字、商標、藝術品、文物或其他內容是否擁有必要權利或授權，並避免掃描、分享或展示侵犯他人權利、隱私、場地規範或適用法律的內容。
使用者需自行管理拍攝資料、USDZ 檔案、收藏庫、iCloud 同步、匯出檔案與刪除操作。刪除 App、關閉同步、移除 iCloud 資料或刪除收藏項目可能導致資料無法復原。
我的台灣觀光地圖
我的台灣觀光地圖提供景點地圖、相簿 GPS 足跡比對、成就統計、行前計劃、旅遊日誌與分享功能。使用者需自行確認照片、日誌與分享內容是否適合公開或傳送給第三方。
App 中的景點資料、分類、位置、營業狀態、交通資訊或相關旅遊建議可能來自政府開放資料、公開資料或系統地圖服務。這些資訊可能延遲、變更或不完整，不應取代現場公告、官方資訊、天候判斷或個人安全評估。
使用者應遵守景點規範、交通法規、登山與戶外安全準則，並自行承擔旅遊活動中的安全與決策責任。
免責聲明
在法律允許範圍內，App 與網站依現況提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。
責任限制
在法律允許範圍內，開發者不對因使用 App 或網站而產生的間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害負責。
變更
本條款可能不定期更新。更新後繼續使用，即表示你接受修訂後的條款。

By using apps or services published by Yu-Hsiang Chang, you agree to these Terms of Use unless a specific app provides separate terms.
Sticker Vault and 注音故事 have their own Terms of Use linked from their app pages.
Use of the Service
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, code, and related materials remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
VectraFin
VectraFin is a personal finance recording, organization, and visualization tool. Statistics, trends, forecasts, recurring-entry projections, charts, and details shown in the app depend on user-entered data, hashtags, dates, query conditions, and device settings. They are provided for personal management and reference only.
VectraFin does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional financial advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their own data and should consult qualified professionals before making investment, borrowing, tax filing, or other important financial decisions.
Users are responsible for managing their devices, backups, iCloud settings, and data deletion actions. Deleting an account, deleting the app, turning off sync, or removing backups may make past, present, or future data unrecoverable.
KnowMeNote
KnowMeNote is a text note, drafting, copy, on-device learning, and automatic replacement tool. Learning results, replacement suggestions, automatic replacements, statistics, and preference decisions depend on user input, corrections, undo actions, pasted text, dictated content, transcript-style content, device settings, and iCloud settings. They are provided only to improve personal text entry and drafting convenience.
KnowMeNote does not guarantee that every replacement, suggestion, or learned preference will be correct. Users are responsible for reviewing text before copying it into messages, social posts, email, or other apps, and before sending or publishing it.
Users are responsible for managing their devices, iCloud sync, note content, learning-data reset actions, and data deletion actions. Turning off sync, deleting the app, removing iCloud data, or resetting learning data may make some data or learned preferences unrecoverable.
ObjectifyAR
ObjectifyAR is a tool for 3D scanning, modeling, collection organization, curation, and immersive display. Models, reconstruction results, AR presentation, curator text, categories, and exhibition content may depend on capture quality, object materials, lighting, device capability, system version, iCloud settings, and user-provided content.
3D models and curator text generated or organized in ObjectifyAR are provided for personal creation, organization, display, and reference. Users are responsible for confirming that they have the necessary rights or permissions for models, images, text, trademarks, artworks, artifacts, or other content, and must avoid scanning, sharing, or displaying content that violates others' rights, privacy, venue rules, or applicable law.
Users are responsible for managing capture data, USDZ files, collection libraries, iCloud sync, exported files, and deletion actions. Deleting the app, turning off sync, removing iCloud data, or deleting collection items may make data unrecoverable.
MyTaiwanTourMap
MyTaiwanTourMap provides attraction maps, photo GPS visit matching, achievement statistics, trip planning, travel journals, and sharing features. Users are responsible for deciding whether their photos, journal text, and shared content are appropriate to publish or send to third parties.
Attraction data, categories, locations, operating status, transportation information, and travel suggestions may come from government open data, public sources, or system map services. This information may be delayed, changed, or incomplete and should not replace on-site notices, official sources, weather judgment, or personal safety assessment.
Users are responsible for following attraction rules, traffic laws, hiking and outdoor safety guidance, and for making their own travel safety decisions.
No Warranty
The apps and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the apps or website.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
